Ha-Yovel Yisrael, M.Ed. is the District MTSS Coordinator at Lighthouse Community Public Schools, where she leads districtwide efforts to strengthen Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) across Lighthouse and Lodestar campuses. She collaborates with school leaders, educators, families, and community partners to improve instructional practices, coordinate Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, facilitate COST and SST processes, oversee Section 504 implementation, and strengthen systems that support equitable outcomes for all students.

With more than 17 years of experience in education, Ha-Yovel has served as an instructional assistant, special education teacher, lead teacher, instructional coach, behavior specialist, and student support leader. Throughout her career, she has coached and mentored educators, led professional learning, developed sustainable systems to strengthen special education and intervention practices, and partnered with families to ensure students receive the services and supports they need to succeed.

Ha-Yovel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Master of Education in Special Education. She is passionate about educational equity, developing educators, and creating inclusive systems that empower schools, strengthen partnerships, and help every student thrive.
