Jenn Camus-Beebe

Jennifer Camus-Beebe is a passionate advocate for educational equity and is guided by a belief in the power of diverse, values-driven leadership to create lasting change. Currently, she is the Chief of Staff at Teach For America Bay Area and also has experience as a founding school leader, school leader coach, talent recruiter, and former educator. As a mother of a child with special needs in Oakland public schools, she is personally and professionally driven to create systems that work for all students, especially the most marginalized. Her personal experiences fuel her professional mission: to ensure every child experiences a sense of belonging and has access to the resources, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.
She holds degrees from the University of Southern California and Loyola Marymount University. Jennifer lives in Oakland with her family and thrives on building partnerships, relationships, and community that drive lasting change.
