Higher Ground is proud to host this year's Martin Luther King Day of Service in partnership with Roots Health Clinic, AASEG, Planting Justice, Scraper Bike Team, Athenian High, City Council Member Treva Reid of District 7, Madison Park Academy, Brookfield Elementary, Service for Peace, Golden State Warriors, City of Oakland, Alpha Phi Alpha, Bay Area Air Management, Sobrante Park Leadership Council, and RAC.

We plan to plant trees, neighborhood cleanup, mural painting, senior citizen home clean up, Brookfield Greenway maintenance, Edes beautification and so. much more. Hope to see you there! SHIRTS: In order to receive a free shirt you must register through Eventbrite. They will be given to the first 200 volunteers.
