For the safety and wellbeing of our community, we will continue to stay in virtual learning through Friday 1/14/22, meaning that students and staff will return to school on Tuesday, 1/18/22. We are making this decision based on the data, which shows continued staffing impacts across our sites and almost 20% of our students unable to be on campus (either because of a positive test or an exposure to COVID).
Student and staff safety comes first, and at this point in time, our data suggests that it is safest and will allow more access to learning for our students to continue learning at home this week. This extra time also gives our community the full period needed to heal and ensure that exposed students and staff can quarantine prior to returning to campus on Tuesday 1/18/22.
