Naa-Diane Green has served in education for over 3 decades. Ms. Naa is well known for her efforts on behalf of at-risk intercity youth. Naa was the Founder of ‘From Heart to Hand’; an organization that specializes in education, international relations, and Rite of Passage Programs for youth and adults. As a former choreographer and dance instructor for over 20 years, Naa has developed and implemented performing arts tours and immersion programs across the globe. Naa has created programs such as ‘A Pathway to Success’ specifically designed for the Freshman entering high school. She has served as an Academic Dean in various private and charter high schools where she implemented organizational skill programs and redesigned tutorial programs for students as well as co-wrote and implemented dance curriculums for Bay Area high schools. Naa is proud to be a Harriet Tubman Critical Mass Health Conductor #367 and a former recipient of the KQED Local Hero Award. Ms. Naa is a believer in helping students to become their ’Greater Yet to Be’ and to know they deserve to be successful.
