Cody Marshall is a dynamic educator and leader who has dedicated his career to improving educational outcomes for students. As Principal of Lodestar Elementary, Cody has been instrumental in stabilizing the school culture and raising expectations for student achievement.
After receiving his BA in Sociology and Education Studies from UC San Diego in 2013, Cody went on to earn his Masters in Education from Loyola Marymount University in 2016. Since then, he has worked tirelessly to develop innovative approaches to teaching and learning that empower students to reach their full potential.
Under Cody’s leadership, Lodestar Elementary has implemented a range of systems to support student achievement, with an emphasis on PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention System) and curriculum expertise. His commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered learning has helped to create a positive and supportive learning environment where all students can thrive.
