Billy Manning, a Certified Financial Planner®, is a passionate financial advisor who has helped myriad and diverse families realize their dreams through strategic financial planning at Morgan Stanley since 1999. Leveraging the extensive intellectual capital of Morgan Stanley and using a values-driven approach to financial and retirement planning combined with data, he enjoys helping people understand how their day-to-day decisions impact their financial futures. As a long-time Bay Area community member, he has used his financial planning expertise to teach early career professionals of color how to create sustainable financial foundations. He lives in Oakland with his wife and two children and finds joy in yard projects, live music, hosting gatherings, and reading The Atlantic.
